We continue to strengthen Genba capabilities and align shop floor leadership with TPS principles to ensure sustainable kaizen.
Note: Jishuken or "self-learning," is a management-driven kaizen activity in the Toyota Production System (TPS) where leaders actively engage in problem-solving and continuous improvement at the genba (the actual workplace).

Expansion of TPS for Social
TPS has been applied beyond our internal operations to create social value through collaboration with external organizations across Asia. Together, we aim to enhance productivity, optimize resource utilization, and improve quality and safety—starting with initiatives such as the Cambodian hospital project.
