Toyota Provides Support Following Central Myanmar Earthquake

Toyota extends its deepest condolences to those who lost their lives in the earthquake in Central Myanmar on March 28, and expresses heartfelt sympathy to everyone in the affected areas.

To support the community, Toyota Motor Asia (TMA), a wholly owned subsidiary of Toyota Motor Corporation, has decided on the following actions:

• Donating USD 200,000 in the form of both goods and funds to support immediate relief and long-term recovery efforts.
• Toyota Myanmar (TMY and TMYS) have also provided direct assistance to affected individuals and organizations.
• Additional activities, including an employee donation campaign among Toyota Group companies, are under consideration to assist with ongoing recovery.

Toyota expresses its sincere appreciation to all those involved in the relief efforts and hopes for the full and swift recovery of the affected communities.
